First Contact
Call us to make a booking to see one of our experienced staff. We are open usually normal business hours but are always available when ever you have spare time to get things going. It's a great idea to make a list of points that you would like to discuss before coming, bring some magazine ideas for interior layouts of rooms and draw a mud map outlining where you might want rooms to be placed in relation to each other.
Ideas and Solutions
From the original meeting we will provide you with a costing for the design and drafting services. If approved we will commence some preliminary drawings for your project. Once approved we will produce all necessary working drawings and ensure they meet all government regulations. This can include a 3D walkthrough of the interior and exterior of your new home.
Make it work
Now you have finalised the project we will apply for approval by Government authorities for your plans and then liaise with you or your builder to get things off the ground.
